BBR recommend 10W 40, Miller’s is the only fully synthetic I can find, it’s expensive which I’m not bothered about

Says its for fast road and track days, I’m assuming it’s the heat being generated by the BBR decat manifold GT exhaust system I have that warrants it, anyone got an opinion on this?

Castrol, Shell, Mobil, Fuchs and Redline all do fully synthetic 10w40 ?

I’ve gone for the Millers 5w40,
