7.00pm Meeting in the Courtyard Bar where you can catch up with old and new friends with a pre dinner drink
7.30pm The master of ceremonies will call us up to the Britannia Suite where Ambiance will be providing us with music. (The suite also has a bar)
7.50pm Take your seats. (Seating plans will be by the entrance)
8.00pm Welcome speech
8.05pm Dinner served. Some wine and water will be provided on the tables. Further wine and drinks can be purchased from the wine waiter or the bar
9.00-9.15pm Speeches
9.15-9.30pm Coffee and cake
9.30pm The Broken Toys will play us through to midnight
1.00am Bar closes
