Not only did Mazda put in the lowest power engine, but they also stripped all the chassis braces off and cockpit brace, presumably because these added enough weight to slow these down. And its not as if this model can be hustled much.
The drivers seat bolster looks a bit worn.
The reality was that the Monaco was a poverty spec car dresed up with some alloy wheels. Its in good condition, but its not a particularly desireable model.
