4 - Wheel Alignment - Loaded or Unloaded?

I have a 2002 JDM MK2.5 automatic.

I’m considering having a 4 - wheel alignment done, using the numbers from a Flyin’ Miata post on this forum back in 2018. (Basically fast road use)

The question I have, and cannot find answer to, is should these settings be done with a person/driver seated in the car at the time of adjustment or not?

Logic to me is settings may be fine with vehicle unloaded, but will change as soon as someone gets in the car!! What do people do with cars setup for track use??

Proposed settings by the way are : Caster : 5 degrees Front Camber: - 1.0 degrees. Total toe in 0.15 degrees Rear Camber : -1.5 degrees. Total toe in 0.15 degrees

Comments/advice/recommendations gratefully accepted

If you are going to be serious about track/competition use then you will load the car exactly as you would for the use you are contemplating. Driver and roughly half the amount of fuel you will need to complete your chosen discipline. Remember corner weighting as well as geo. would be required for those seeking the last few 10s of a second.

For road use just as it is with half a tank of fuel will be more than adequate for mere mortals. Corner weight adjustment would be nice but----.
