Having recentlly purchased a Eunos roadster Ive been trying without much sucess to find a 2nd hand Haynes Manual or the enthusiasts manual.
Given the fact Mazda have sold many Mx5 I would have thought there would be hundreds kicking about. If you want one on a disk then that seems to be OK but I fancy a good old fashoned book.
The Rods manuals are differant for 1.6 or 1.8 engines don`t forget. I believe the Haynes covers both.
I have both books as the Haynes is useful for wiring diagrams & Rods is better for step by step guides.
Also worth remembering when searching on Ebay that typing mx5 brings differant results than typing mx 5 which is maybe why you never spotted them all. [;)]
The only Mk2 specific manual is the Mazda official one, costs loads of money in the UK, and I seem to remember that these days it is only available to dealers on the computer at the dealership. USA e bay sometimes have hard copies for sale. As the Mk1 and Mk2 are very similar under the skin a Mk1 manual will cover most issues----hth----
