Advice please on upgrading stereo

Not sure how I can do that without digging into the Amp to get access to the speaker wire, or removing the door cards again and disconnecting speakers from the amp to direct connect them.

One option I am keen to know the outcome of would be to connect both speaker (tweeter and base) wires to the Base, to effectively bi-amp the woofers, and then feed the tweeters direct from the head unit.

But reckon I will just use the kit as it comes and take it from there. If I am not happy (or if very bored) I will experiment further.

Not sure about the earlier NC’s but my 2014 NC 3.75 has 6X8 speakers in it, not 5X7

Only found two that fit so far, the ones from JVC sold by MX5 parts and Pioneer a very nice set too.

Interesting.

Presumably OEM, non Bose.

My 2011 oem speakers produce good bass but the treble is rather confused

They produce a decent amount but quality wise it could really do better :wink: Even though I think they are not horrendous like some say. My Audisons sound so much tighter and dig deeper too, though.
