Just getting into my CRV in a parking bay , facing out, when I notice a Merc 300 lumbering towards me in reverse from an opposite bay. As I suspected he had’nt seen me I blew my horn, to no avail, he hit my o/s bumper, stopped, rolled forward, then came back again at twice the speed. What do you think ? You could’nt make it up.
I think the driver of the Merc owns the car park and you have no right to be there

Well, he had a totally inflamed eyeball and a great hospital dressing/boot on one foot , it would have been brutal to darken his remaining lamp, there again I could have stamped on his bad foot.
I would have taken photo’s of his car, his bandage, his eye and reported him to the police for driving while unfit to do so!
That did cross my mind, but, that may have voided his insurance and left me hung out to dry.

He did the same to me the day before. I got out, poked his eye out and ran over his foot.

That is astounding that he rolled off and came back for another go, how could that add up in anyone’s head?! “Oh I’ve hit something, I’ll go back and hit it again twice as hard”
