Ooops, a bit slow getting around to this after the last meeting [:(]
We are provisonally arranging a tour of Ringwood Brewery on the evening of our Wednesday meeting in March (the 18th).
It starts at 18:30 at the brewery and for a cost of £12 per person it includes a guided tour, decorated glass to take away, beer sampling at the brewery and a cheddar ploughmans at their Inn on the Furlong pub in Ringwood.
They advise wearing sensible shoes (sorry, no stilettos guys!!) and warm clothing.
The address of the brewery is 138 Christchurch Road, Ringwood, Hants, BH24 3AP.
We have to pay when booking, so if you’d like to attend we need definite commitment and if possible your money in advance.
We realise that the 18:30 start may be a problem for some (or many??) of you, and maybe the cost also, so it is possible that there will not enough interest to make this worthwhile.
We’d therefore appreciate it if you could reply to this post as soon as possible, letting us know whether you’re interested and prepared to commit to paying.

Thanks for expressing interest Nicola! So far you are the only person to have replied so unless we get a sudden flood of interest this event probably won’t happen [:(] … or at least not as an area activity.

If not, we’ll need to think of something else to do for the March evening meeting on March 18th.
I cant make the 18th so wont be along I’m afraid guys.
Since only one person expressed interest in this tour, we have decided not to arrange it as an area event.
The few who are interested could arrange to meet up and go on the same tour on another date, we’ll talk about that when we meet up again.
