From memory on the nc you need the shorter rear bushes if you use the original mx5 brackets pretty sure minewhere. I think I spent less than £40 on flea bay for a set of std rubber bushes. You can of course use the old rx8 ones but don’t bother with the expensive poly versions. It’s not a difficult job and can be done before you replace the rest if the suspension and alignment can
wait until you do the rest.

AHH that’s where I was going wrong, looking at the Polly Bushes as apposed to regular. I’ll make a decision on reusing the old RX8 ones or not later.
Finishing off the brake discs today, the pads arriving Tuesday.
ARBs and suspension will begin next weekend.
The alignment will be done after that although there might be merit in waiting until wheels are on?
The brake cleanup and discs took us longer than first thought. Everything seized and pads and discs look original (27k miles and 14 years old) so we had fun getting everything off.
Also slowed down because of drying time!!!
