I can do most things mechanical, engine and gearbox rebuilds etc. - up to building my other fun car from a bare chassis and after fifteen years rebuilding it with a different engine from the one for which it was originally designed; and fitting it with a supercharger type that no-one has done before. I also designed and manufactured a disc brake system and a fuel injection system for the same car.
But I don’t bother rebuilding brake calipers. For me, I’d rather someone else took that trouble. Anyway. I like the freshly plated finish that the professionals put on them.
