Some of you I’m sure will remember this event from previous years…
Posted on behalf of the organisers Tim Robinson & Diane Thorne
The format will be the same as usual, only details at the moment are expect to start from Rykers and end at The Grasshopper (subject to a visit to see if things have improved since last year).
A great day and for a worthy cause. Thanks to Tim & Di for organising it again - its in the diary![maz]
Maybe less chocy and more colouring books etc this year though!
Yes I am home from hospital and on crutches for next 2 -3 weeks but I am seriously hoping to be able to drive or be a passenger for this event, I am having stiches out on 27th March hopefully so fingers crossed I will be able to walk and hopefully drive…Yippey…!
Leaving M20 services junction 8 at 8.15am and then leaving Rykers Cafe Box Hill at 10am so all those that want to convoy from M20 services let me know.
Looking forward to seeing you all again and thanks for all your best wishes you lovely people.
I can pick you up on route as we will pass Clacket Services, what time are you aiming to get there we are meeting at M20 Juntion 8 for around 8.15am so we would get to clackets around 8.45am ish would this be okay with you?
hi sarah, hope you’re okay, getting around a little easier. I shall probably meet up with you at the m20 services, jan’s away for the weekend so it’ll just be me, is that right the hospital would like donations in preference to easter eggs? just realised i may be in croydon friday night so i might meet up at clacketts, i’ll let you know friday save you waiting, see you then, take care
Donations are welcome so come along and enjoy the fun, see you at M20 Services, at 7.45am - 8am we are picking more folk up at Clackets on route, we must leave Clackets by 9am so we will have a fast convoy from M20 Services to Clackets should be fun. Got to be careful of speed camera’s on M20 mind you but after that M26 here we come… I will be on my own and meeting a mate who lives in Dorking at Rykers Cafe so will collect my pillion there.[:)]
Thankyou to everyone that turned up for the Charity Easter Egg run, once again it was a day that was enjoyed by everyone, I didn’t realise you could get so many different types of bunny ears. Thanks for the donations that everyone donated on the day, I am sure that all of the gifts will be enjoyed, and will put some smiles on faces for Easter.
Thanks to Tim for organising this excellent and worthy event. Look forward to next year.
