I know that Ian, but in a forum that is yet another incarnation it is patronizing and meaningless. It just spouts a load of messages that are worthless
Has the whole award system not been put in place specifically to give people stuff to moan about even though it doesn’t actually impact on them very much?

I think I can manually award badges - obviously, I’m not open to any form of bribery 
Manually awarded badges are all very well, but what about custom badges such as an “Old Man Yells At Cloud” badge or a rare and sought after “I have more badges than IanH” badge
We used to have an unofficial self identifying Cantankerous Old G…’s or COG group on the last forum, perhaps a badge awarded for special efforts in that area…
