CX30.....anybody got one..any opinions?

As someone who used to sell them, I would recommend the 122ps engine in SEL LUX spec. It gives you most of the toys but with cloth seats and smaller wheels. Both offer better comfort. Both engine types are mild hybrid which helps a bit with economy. You might want to wait for the MX30 Long Range. A battery CX30/CX3 sized car with a rotary range extender engine coming soon.

…ta for the feedback, it was the 122ps Lux that I test drove. I really wanted to like it but I think I now prefer the Toyota Yaris Cross and the prices are similar.

That Yaris Cross gets good reviews. Is it better looking in real life than on pictures?

…yes, the back lights are a little bit “quirky”, but much better looking than the rather “odd” HRV IMHO. Put it this way, as a person who likes the looks of the Yeti and Vitara I could live with it…

I find the Yeti inoffensive but attractive, I almost bought one. The Vitara is bland to me.
The Yaris Cross looks wrong in proportions (size of the wheel arches, lights, length vs height), but I’ve only seen one briefly on the road… Hey, while you’re driving it, you don’t have to look at the thing!

I really like the practicality of the Yeti…ie 5 mins to completely remove the rear seats, and if they still made them it would be a no brainer to get another one…
