Its a 2005 mk2.5 1.8L . It seems to tick over at anything from 700 to 1200 revs, you can see the needle moving about even when warm. Feels easy to stall and has once…Feels like I need to give it more revs before pulling away and sometimes like its getting too much revs whilst sitting there!! Any suggestions.

The base idle needs resetting. The ecu is running it on tickover, not the base.

Is that a computer plug in jobbie/mazda guru or is it a diy job??
as it says in the instructions use a paper clip, not really a Mazda part
