Fitting cabin brace to early mk1

Hi all,

I have a cabin brace to fit to my 1990 1.6 but no fittings etc. What size bolts/nuts do I need and are there good instructions anywhere?

That is perfect, thank you very much. This weekend’s project me thinks

One issue you will find is that the seatbelt top will rub on the brace; the 1.8 has spacers on the seatbelt to stop this.
