Hi, does anyone have experience of using freelance Mazda for supplying and fitting a BAS soft top, good or bad ?

Aren’t they ex-Mazda mechanics? Their reputation is generally excellent.

I took my car there for a health check (as a new MX5 owner). Mark (the specialist there) was pretty good and seemed to know the cars inside and out. Can’t speak for soft top installs, but I would give him high marks for expertise and professionalism

Morning saz9961, yes I have seen an old thread on here where they get the thumbs up, I always try to get as much up to date information as possible, your help been invaluable and indeed has decided me on getting a BAS hood, they did indeed suggest a fitter 2 miles from me but it would have worked out about £150 more expensive than mx5 parts who are roughly the same as Freelance Mazda but Freelance are a 70 miles round trip whereas Mx5 parts are 240 so it’s an easy choice !
