Front bumper fixing - what am I looking for?

I replaced the front bumper of my mx5 but the fixing on the very end of the bumper that attaches to the wing isn’t secure, it just spins and doesn’t bite it. It appears to be some kind of plastic big which sits between the wing and bumper and then fits into the wing - a bit like a wall plug you insert a screw into.

What is this part and where can I get another?

Great thanks. I have looked for days and kept only finding those other circular types. Mines clearly wrong however as it’s a bolt in mine whereas my Haynes manual says it should be a screw in type with a screwdriver. Pushing my luck by any idea the screw type and size?

That looks like an ordinary self tapper + washer, no clue as to the size. Best to order it with the grommet.:+1:
