My son’s Audi Q4 electric thing (same as id3/4) hasn’t been without issues either. He hates it and is trying to get out of the lease. Dreadful range, cr%p to drive, not very well built, and electrical problems. Ugh.
I’ve done 3000 miles in 2 months in my Audi Q4.
I’ve had no issues so far.
I love it.
Range averages 260 miles which is what I expected being roughly 50 less than the advertised range under perfect conditions.
I use a mixture of roads inc motorways and A/B roads.
I’m no boy racer at 59, but don’t drive like an oap either.
Mines is a company car so I’m not saying I love it because I’ve spent a fortune buying it or anything like that, I genuinely do enjoy having it…well, so far anyway.

He’s come from a high spec 5 series, which may explain a lot about his dislike of the Audi. BIK and availability is the only reason he got it.

That explains why he’s maybe not so happy with build quality.
My previous car was a Skoda Octavia.
