If you are prepared to travel as far as near Woking try C & C Sparkes. He serviced and did a couple of other jobs on my now former Mk3.5 Sport Tech for the last few years.

Thanks for the suggestion! Took it to Clapham North, turns out AC compressor is knackered and is going to cost around 700-900 pounds to get sorted. If anyone knows of a cheaper fix I’m all ears.
