This hoist allows you to lift and store your top out of the way above your car. To reinstall the hardtop, simply lower and attach. Fits hardtops for MX-5 Mk1, Mk2 & Mk2.5, may also fit other hardtops. Comes with strap harness, pulley assembly, screw in hook, rope cleat and wooden block with 2 screws.
Will easily work on a flat roof garage aswell as a pitched roof. I used this in a flat roof garage on my Mk1 and there is enough clearance to drive out when it is raised. It is perfect for removing and replacing your hard top single handed.
