Well hello there.

 

My name is Gareth. I’m 25 and I’m a freelance motoring journalist. I am seriously considering buying an MX5 as my daily driver.

 As you can imagine, I’m addicted to driving sideways and love RWD. I do a fair amount of track driving and have done since I was a kiddie.

Like the Supra, very sorted. I don’t reckon a '5 could put down 500bhp, unless you fill the boot with concrete!!

The Supra isn’t exactly slow through the bends, but it’s no MX5 (it weighs 50% more!). I can lap the Nurburgring fairly quickly in her. The tyres help though (R888s).

 

I’ve seen a few 5s now that I like so hopefully will find the perfect one sooner rather than later.

Nice Supra.  Hunt around and make sure you get the right “5”.  Lots out there but also lots of bad one.

 

I have only been here a week but seems a good place.
