Have to say - totally understandable why people do not disconnect batteries on the MK3 because of the engine relearning PITA.
…but no excuse with earlier models.
Must keep telling myself that when fiddling with ecus and welding without bothering to disconnect the battery.
You only have yourself to blame - I told you so, bla bla:-)
