Help on cutting/positioning of rear bumper to accomodate a twin exit exhaust.....

As title really, any tips would be a great help, also what tool to use to make the cut, Thanks in advance, Andy.

Use a Fret Saw to get it some where near then use a 50mm flap wheel in an electric drill to get it perfect and smooth.

Fret saw, cool, was thinking of mebbe a junior hacksaw blade, how did you work out where to make the cut - by measuring?

Bottled it in the end! and way toooo cold! so, took it to the local garage, top job they did as well!

Post up some pictures…

Lets have a look !    [;)]

when i get chance to take some in the daylight, but still not sure how to post 'em on the forum, i’ve tried previously with little luck!

…It’s a Borla sport exhaust btw - from ‘Moss’ really happy with it & particularly the howl with the K&N Typhoon!
