Help with window adjusting/moving window forward

  1. My model of MX-5 is: NB
  2. I’m based near: Bristol
  3. I’m looking for technical help or recommendations on: Window adjustment.

I am suffering from a leak it the top corner of the driver side quarterlight where the window meets it.
The window isn’t sitting in the runner as it should and there is at the top.
I have tried taking the door card off and loosening the bolts but I guess I didn’t loosen the right ones as I cant seem to move it towards the rubber.
I have attached pics to show what I mean.
If someone would be kind enough to mark the pic of a door with the location of the bolts I need to loosen that would be great.

Someone has adjusted the window stops, probably to try and fight a leaking roof, and the glass has gone up too far, and split the seal moulding.

The glass is attached to plastic brackets; from memory, there is no adjustment there.

Thanks for replying.
I can move the glass up and down by adjusting bolts, in fact that’s what I did as the window was going up too high.
There must be a way to pull the top end into the groove of the quarterlight rubber trim?
The rubber seals are all good.

Check all the plastic fittings on the glass are present and in good order
