HKS Powerflow Filter

Hi all,

I’m planning to service my '90 Eunos but it has a non standard HKS Powerflow Filter on it that came with the car. I’m guessing that the filter is non-replaceable and needs to be cleaned in some way? Can anyone tell me how to do this?
