Horn Push Wiring - Sparco wheel

Hi,

I have been lucky enough to have a Sparco wheel off Santa. YES! However fitting the wheel is a doddle but the horn push with the Boss Kit has me!

Car is a Mk1 1.6 non airbag 1992 replacing a Nardi wooden rim job.

The horn sounds continuously when the boss kit is fitted on the spines without touching the wire etc.There are also 2 wires on the horn push not one as on the old one. Some how the wiring needs to be tailored but hthe instuctions are nil, there are none enclosed and the wheel instructions are in broad German.

Can someone please help me on this as the sun is shining and am DESPERATE to go out and try the thing!!!

Panic over! Sorted problem. A faulty steering wheel boss! The wire had been trapped shorting out the earther to live so re-wired it and now fine.

Shame I spent 2.5 hours on Boxing Day doing this when I could have been out driving…
