It should be about clean air
BUT
You can polute as much as you want if you pay us some money.
AND
If you drive anything over 40 years old ( pre 1983 ) - they don’t care.
Brother in law loves taking his 5.7ltr 1971 dodge in to ulez zones just because he can ( FREE )
Don’t know if you will get this as I’m currently being blocked by the Club on my laptop so forced to use phone which I don’t understand
