that is correct £30 per year road tax
Apart from the end date of the MOT (it’s in April 2021) what else, seems ok?
It still seems a lot for a toad.

On checking, the MOT expires on the 1st April 2021 not June 2021.
Registered 16th November 2012, so the plate makes sense.
So perhaps and April fools car?
