Does anybody have any recent good (or bad!) experience of an agreed value insurance cover/process?.
I have an independent garage written value of £8-£9k on my original uk Mk1, 22k miles.
For an agreed value policy you will probably need to approach a broker to gain access to the relevant markets. You will need photos of the car inside and out and a valuation (maybe two). For such policies you will need to probably place it on a classic car policy with restricted mileage.

I used Adrian Flux many moons ago for my heavily modified mk2 VW Jetta gti and I mean heavily modded, great price, listed my mods, provided photos, job done.
Think only requiredment at time was Thatcham cat 1
