I’ve installed I.E.8 at home with a hope of it helping to resolve my “Sign In” issues - the forum / or is it my PC(s) don’t seem to remember me and I have to click “Sign In” on every new browser visit (i.e. if I navigate away from the forum, and then return without closing my browser, then it’s ok - if I close the browser then I have to Sign In again).
The bad news is that it hasn’t made the slightest difference! - albeit that I.E.8 does at first glance seem to be rather a good browser!
Your going to experience some horrid content editor issues with the IE8 beta just now, but, there is a solution;
To the right of the address bar, and to the left of the refresh button, there is a strange icon, that looks like a pieceof paper torn in half - click it, and it will make the site (and only this site) run in compatability mode.
Hopefully we will be ready before IE8 is finalised & released

Have you seen this temp. solution to the sign in issue? Depending on how you access the site, it might be no use, but if you use favorites/links toolbar, it will be.

Something has been updated since the beta I’ve been using, and everything works (near enough) as it should - I’m sure we can live with the strage double buttons for font & highlight for a short while.
