Picked it up at the weekend, 98plate 1.8 mk1 in red(MINT paintwork, been garaged all its life so its not faded what so ever)
1 middle aged owner from new full service history including every mot and reciept from new, all its needed from new is one brakeline and 4 tyres
The bloke who owned it before me only done about 900 miles a year in it so its only done 35 thousand miles!!!
all for… £2700!! bargain i reckon…
the day before i got it i went to switch my insurance and it turns out to be 400 quid cheaper than my 1.6 saxo… so im only paying 1 grand for insuance
being 18 with one years no claims
went for a nice 5 hours each way drive to pick it up on saturday and havent stopped driving it all week! lol
all in all im pretty happy with it tbh! it drives really sweet well happy i bought one tbh! makes my old saxo feel extremely badly build and like a lorry to drive!
got one pic, but will get some more later
Nice car
Nice car, good stuff.
You might have saved £400 on the insurance, but you’ll end up spending a whole lot more in petrol; you’ll find you just end up driving for the love of it!
Andrew
the beauty is that it actually used alot less petrol than my old 1.6 did and that was a 2003 engine? haha doesnt make sense tbh! but i see what you mean… iv been doing that for the last couple of hours… driving round for the sake of it as its sunny! i love living next to the sea!
Nice buy - I’d be pleased with that [:)]
Tony
nice looking motor. pity about the insurance generally still being expensive.
its obviously the fault of all those little scrotes driving uninsured & you poor bloody young folk paying over the odds.
that’s one advantage of being a wrinkly
[;)]
Sounds like a super buy. There are some real bargains to be had at the moment. The last owner would have paid at least a couple of hundered quid for that " personalised " number !
I was actually going to say it was worth more than that - I’ve just paid nearly £400 for a letter 2 digits and my three initials.
A letter 1 digit and three initails were going for nearer the £600 mark
- just one thouigh sell the number to go towards the insurance
Very nice…more pics please.
Very nice[:)]
I thought my '94 1.8 was low mileage at 64k but wow 35k that’s unbelievable!
Now get out there and enjoy in this lovely sunny spell!!!
Ben
1991 Eunos 51000 km = just under 32000 miles. [:D]
It’s a fun car, not a daily driver, but I’m doing my best to put as many miles as possible on it!! You know what I mean. [6]
