I love these car ‘health’ checks - especially the part where I ask them to put it all in writing. Sometimes they leave skid-marks 
I wouldn’t use them again. They wrecked the sump on my omega during an oil change. Then tried to charge me for it, but when I requested the old parts to view they decided to fix it if I put a donation in their charity box (Barnardos if I remember correctly!) I didn’t mind the donation but the dishonesty put me off!
I was also in one with a mate and watched from the viewing area as they reversed his car off the ramp and straight into a tower of 8 or so tyres, luckily no damage done but it done show the quality of their service!
