Leak from soft top

  3. I’m looking for technical help or recommendations on: __A leak at one point coming from the soft top rail behind the passenger side over the wheel arch!
  4. I think the drain rain run off from the top is letting water leak before it drains into the catchment box to drain away.

The window part of the run-off system could be at fault.

Have you made sure your drains aren’t blocked?

I’ve. Checked them but it seems to be coming from between the two nuts on belt line protector.

I see. This looks/sounds slightly like a minor leak that my NC had (as well as its major leaks!)… It turns out the material of the soft top was slightly crumpled and was getting caught either against the frame or the body as it was closed, causing a sub-optimal run-off situation. I half-dropped the roof, stuck my fingers in there and helped it settle into the right place as I pulled the roof closed again. I should probably check it again for leakage but it seemed to help.
