Just joined after being away for a few years- not prison!! I sold my 1990 mk 1 6 years ago and now looking for a good mk 3 with around 50k miles.

Yes now in lockdown!!! Ran out of parking space for the mk1. Now in the hunt and I will very much bear in mind your recomendation. Looking to buy at about 5k and have a 58 plate Mondeo top of the range with 81k miles as a trade-in, so will probably tour a few dealers. I live near Chesterfield but willing to travel to view- once we are allowed to!.
Take a trip over to Sheffield then as a first visit. Got mine from Paul Roddison on Shepcote lane, round the corner from Meadowhall. He’s always got a few in for sale.
Ok, will do. I’ve been checking out the specs on the sport model and they certainly fit the bill.
