         I have just seen the tag's about low power NA mk1, doe's this only apply to 1.6 models.

 Yes.
Earleir ones had more (110bhp), but this was reduced when the 1.8 was introduced.
None of this applies to the Eunos 1.6 which is always the higher power AFAIK.
