I am looking for a new exhaust system for my Pheonix SE at 56k the original is on its last legs. I have recently seen adverts offering a decat version for this car. I thought the 2.5 had to have a cat or it messed up the engine management, am I correct in my assumption? Any info appreciated. Also any suggestions as to a good buy don’t want a noisy one just a nice sharp rasp on acceleration will be fine.
