Mk 3.5 rear lights

removed all boot rear and side trims, poured water down the side of the boot and was pleasantly ?? surprised to find drops of water coming into the boot from the light assy. before I remove the light clusters I need to purchase the light seals , does anyone know the part number for said items or an online supplier
cheers Peter

See below but they are out of stock on the left one.
Also try the dealers, sometime they aren’t as bad price wise as you may think.

Before you do anything buying parts wise try a little cleaning up the area where the gaskets sits and put it all back and see how it seals. :ok_hand:

Silicone grease applied to the gaskets will stop water tracking around them and help them seat better against the bodywork.while you are in there it will also slow or prevent corrosion if applied inside and out around the panel holes for number plate lights and indicator repeaters in the front wings
For reference part numbers are NH42-51-153A and NH42-51-163A and the reason they are " handed" is because of the peel off adhesive backing
