MK1 1990 secondary box in ECU footwell?

MK1 1990 Eunos Import with 2 Plug ECU

Hi guys, was just beginning to start taking a look at my ECU and upgrade options when I noticed an extra box in the ECU footwell (pictured below).

Does anyone recognise this? Is it stock? A tracker? Piggyback ECU?

The bolts that I took off were heavily corroded to get under the floor pan so that means that its been in there a while and not a new addition, if that helps.

Just wondering if it was once the Automatic ECU and was your car once auto converted to manual. Unless it’s an auto?

I’m guessing aftermarket immobiliser.

I have one of those boxes in shed but not sure what it’s for. No markings on it although it looks like OE part. Possible immobiliser?

Yeah I did some more digging and looks like its part of an ancient toad alarm/immobiliser setup, thanks for the responses!
