got my mk1 about 3 months ago done a full service and the cam belt but between 2000 to 4000 rev its a bit lumpy then it go’s is this the normal or has anyone an idea on any improvements to stop this?

Plugs and leads often the cause of this one 
BTW what year and model?
its a mk1 1.8 engine on a n reg have fitted new plugs so will get some leads and see if that sorts it out

mine seems a bit reluctant at 3-4k rpm too, a very slight stutter which clears and then your off!!! going to be doing a full service after xmas
