Stripped the front end of my car months ago and can’t remember where these parts fit, help appreciated.

found out the top part is a front bumper reinforcement bracket
Does the other part not fit on the inner side of the driver’s side front chassis leg just outbound of the alternator?
thanks, will check if I can fit it there, I thought it was from that area but could not identify exactly where
