I’ve just bought my first mx5 after long time mgb roadster ownership.
Mine is a 12 plate black edition model.
Is it clased as a 3.5 or 3.75 model?
It seams to what you guys are saying is that up to 2001 is a 3.5, from 2013 is a 3.75. There appears to be a gap in definitions. No problem but I’d just like to know my model and what I’m talking about and for ordering parts etc

Your Sport Black is a MK3.5. Thats the only other colour sport black I would have other than my lovely Green one!
