David and myself have had a lengthy conversation regarding the current situation with the corona virus we have also had guidance from Paul McKay and Martin Curtis, in light of this situation we have decided to not hold the next MX5 owners club meeting at the Coopers Arms.
We will be reviewing this on a monthly basis and update both on the MX5 owners forum and on the MX5 owner Facebook page.
It would be still ok to go on organised runs but recommend meeting in car parks then doing the run and not to gather for a meal afterwards to limit the number of people you interact with.
This is not an easy decision but we feel a necessary one to protect you our members as much as we can in this uncertain time.
Remember if you feel ill follow the government guidelines and please all take care of yourselves and I hope this is over soon so that we can get back to enjoying our cars and most of all our friendships.
