MTV Pimp My Ride-what would they do to a Mark 1?!!!!!

I’m a big big fan of Pimp My Ride which is always on TMF, i just love the way they turn a rusted old banger in to a completely unique custom machine and was wondering what my fellow fivers think the crew would do to turn around a rusted old Mark 1?

I think they’d screw it up entirely, The already limited boot space would be gone (Full of sub’s, Amps, 12" TFT’s and neon’s), They’d lower it till you wouldn’t get over the white “Give way” lines on junctions let alone a speed bump and paint it colours that only a 16 year old chav would think tasteful…

I know style’s subjective, But they’d have to mod a ‘5 in a way that would have there main demographic jumping out of there seats yelling "Dat sweet car’s muver fekin’ bling, Init." at the te, And I think caring about the handling and bodykits that harmonise with the '5’s lines would be SO far down there list of priority’s that they wouldn’t even get a thought about.

(Though I would like to see where they try and fit the mandatory 32 to 42 inch flat screen TV in a '5… Maybe on rams behind the seats?) 

I used to like Pimp My Ride, But for a while I ended up watching the UK version DESPITE Westwood. How could Tim Westwood sound any more “Black American Gangsta”… He was born in Lowestoft for gods sake !!!

OK, It’s been turned it into an estate car with a “hatch” spoiler and rear wheel spats… I’m impressed that someones gone to all that trouble to turn there '5 into what most sane people would now regard as a lightly polished 7urd.

I love the finishing touches like the (Now indoors) aerial mount and the “Styling” sticker in the rear window…

Anyone else looking at this and thinking “Reliant Kitten”?
