[MX-5 NC] Need help - Intermittent 15A Engine Fuse blowing

Hello guys,

I recorded some progress!
After checking the ground connection at the bottom of the relay box, it looked like the box’s plastic melted a little bit and covered the connection.
I removed the bolt and fixed the connection and now voila! I have only 200 mV drop between Chassis and Battery negative with engine, blower and ac on.

Can one of you send a picture with the fuse/relay box GND connection? I find it hard to believe that the connection is done on top of the plastic.

just had a look for the thread but unable to find it at the moment. It was almost the last comment on a thread about a fuse blowing. 

I did how ever spot a new member on miata.net! any relation?
