A friend of mine spotted this rather nice ND3 today, outside A Pit Autobacs in Tokyo.
So do I, but that has come out very blue! It’s Mica Blue Reflex . In some lights it looks almost grey.
Facing the wrong way? ![]()
Correct! It was taken at the start/finish line at the Oliver’s Mount circuit, Scarborough. The only public road used for racing in England. I couldn’t get the car and race control box in the photo with the car on the other side and with it being a public road it was too risky to place it the “right” way on the track.
Guess where - easy one (not recent btw, just found it on my laptop from a trip a couple of years back)
Good ol’ Spa…

The pinky/purple one is fab - assuming it’s a wrap.
Back in the 1990’s Audi offered a range of “Lifestyle” colours.
Bright, vibrant (expensive) colours to pep up your prized car.
One of them was Magenta pearl which that colour mimics to perfection.
I wonder why Mazda don’t offer a greater palette of colours for their sportscar range? ![]()
The perfect gloss and lighting in that shot resemble an AI render.

Zolder?
Looks like the old pits at Spa, heading to eau rouge but the stands on the outside of the circuit on the right look more substantial than I remember.
Welcome from Hertfordshire.
Lovely colour! ![]()
