Just spent a productive couple of hours using the Autoglym resin polish on my NC. Worth it as the worst of the fogging has gone, hopefully for good but obviously will monitor. Should I use something to try to seal it?

If you use the same polish to give them a buff once a month or so, the wax in the polish may well inhibit oxidation.
When I was a youngster, one of my mates always had lovely shiny engine cases on his Bonnie.
I asked him how he managed it and his secret was to use car wax to keep them from oxidising and going dull.

Autoglym Extra Gloss Protection is a protective sealant to use over the resin polish. Another £7 I am afraid, but it should protect a surface that the polish will leave ‘scraped flat’.
