My Laguna Blue Baby....

My Laguna Blue Baby

Here are a few pictures of my first mx5... she is a beauty and we have had some fun together!

Two years ago I flew to Salisbury to buy her and drove her home heading north to Scotland and then a ferry across the Irish sea… what a weekend I had!

Pictures are before and after I added the clear side reflectors/repeaters… Not sure what to do next

 Nice car Scott

Looks great! lovely colour.

I wish my BBS’s looked as good and as clean as yours [;)]

Thanks for the comments, I’m very happy with my mx… [:D]

My alloys didn’t always look like that, they were the first thing I had done to her when I got home, well worth the money…

That’s a gorgeous colour and I love those BBS alloy’s, very nice.

Cheers sucram, it was the colour that sold the car to me… love the alloys too, but they are a nightmare to keep clean!!

Lovely looking car Scott… wheels can look so good when refurbed, I agree it is money well spent, Stunning!

Cheers Nice But… there’s something you dont say everyday…[:P]

Nice car, the wheels look great, I will definatly look into getting mine done now that I have seen how good your look.

Almost another year has passed owning my mx and it has been great… haven’t got round to changing anything major yet, but this year will be new seat covers, a hardtop and eventually a respray! Looking forward to starting the chores…

The best colour, great car

Cheers Gary,  have to agree blue is my favourite, as im sure everyone does with the colour of car they picked…

Love the colour and the wheels!!! Money very well spent on that refurb - how much did it set you back? (if you don’t mind telling…)

Hi Jimmy, thanks for that…when I first picked the car up few years ago the alloys were in a real sorry state, so looked around and from memory I paid around £60/70 per alloy, but they were in a bad way!

I just left my car with them and it took a few days, your other option is if you can, just to leave your alloys off… Definitely the best money I have spent on the Mx…

Hope this helps.

Scott

 Thanks for the info {#emotions_dlg.thumb}

I have a set of standard daisys that need a light refurb. Having done them myself in the past (took me ten days!) I will go to a company this time round.
