very nice like the idea

any chance that can paint the “outer ring” of the rim silver/chrome it? i.e. the ring between the tyres and spokes. it will then properly looks like a 911

I like the number plate, one of the best on a 5 I have ever seen!

I was really pleased with how it all came together and the plate was the finishing touch.

Wheels were refurbished by RIMSTOCK who were fantastic and yes I could have had the rims polished but I think they look great as they are.

I will take some close ups tomorrow and post up the before and after shots of the wheels

It was a great day with dry conditions which made for plenty of tyre smoke.

Hello mate,

Just wondered what you used to prep the plastic centre cap?  I’m in the middle of refurbing the same set of wheels, and am not sure what to use.  Did you etch prime them?

Sorry can’t answer that as they were refurbished by Team Dynamics, I cheated and got someone else to do them.
