Ely cathedral is known as The Ship of the Fens and as you approach Ely across the flat Fenland you will see it rising up ahead from miles around. A great little city to visit.

Fancy fish and chips by the seaside ? Then Sunny Hunny, just a few miles North of Sandringham, is the place to go. A traditional sea side resort complete with sandy beach and pier. The only West facing beach in East Anglia so great for it’s sun sets.

Heritage

The Muckleburgh Military Collection (32 miles)
Situated right on the scenic North Norfolk Coast the Muckleburgh Military Collection is home to numerous tanks and much militaria.The UKs largest privately owned military collection. You can even drive a tank or on certain days or go for a (very bumpy) ride in some of their vehicles.Visited by the Eastern Region a few years ago and highly recommended.

The Imperial War Museum Duxford (60 miles)
IWM Duxford is home to an impressive collection of over two hundred aircraft as well as tanks, military vehicles and boats. You can easily lose yourself for a whole day wandering under and around some of the most iconic aircraft and military vehicles in the world.

Gressenhall Farm and Workhouse (25 miles)
