Does anyone know what size the grommets/hole covers on the rear underside are?
Specifically the ones in the rear wheel wells, the frame rail above the rear subframe, and the area just behind the rear bulkhead.
There are two types I think, rectangular/oval and round.

Looks like 8 and 9 on that diagram may be the ticket for the rounds, the oval were taped over so I have no reference.
I see bofi sell them as hole covers, but at 2 pounds apiece thats a little steep. Screwfix has some 20mm ones that I understand should be suitable, 100 for £5
Can you measure them?
If you know anyone with a 3D printer and TPU filament, you can print grommets to suit.
That’s a good point. I have a 3D printer and TPU.
I’d give it a go at designing and making one if I can get the dimensions.

Can confirm 20mm grommets fifitt the wheel arches and a few places otherwise
Think there are a few 15mm rounds, there’s 4 5mm too.
Will measure up ovals later, 3d printing is an excellent idea.
I made a quick sample of the round plug in TPU based on the plugs I saw on ILM

The wheel wells have, by my count, 4 20mm grommets, 5 if counting the screw hole holding the arch liner in at the bottom. In addition, there is a 20x12mm oval near the brake line bracket. There may be more, but I realised that i didn’t need to remove all of the underseal.
The rear frame rail, above the subframe. I then count 2 5mm rounds, 3 15mm rounds, 2 20mm rounds and a 20x15mm oval. There is above a 30mm round, but that had a grommet in.
On the frame rails above the backbox i count 1 20x15mm oval on each side
Finally, just before the rear bulkhead: 1 5mm, 2 15mm and a 20mm round.
